Documents the assistant answers policy questions from. Upload a .md or .pdf under 5MB. Uploading the same filename replaces that document and re-embeds only the parts that changed. Documents marked From FAQ are built from the FAQ screen — edit their text there, then use “Sync from FAQ” to apply it to the assistant.
